We offer flexible rental options to accommodate events of all sizes, with competitive hourly and full-day rates.
Full Event Space Rental
Enjoy exclusive use of our Event Space, Dining Area, Full-Service Kitchen, Full-Service Bar (additional rates apply—see below), and Outdoor Patio.
- Hourly Rate: $400 per hour (3-hour minimum)
- Full-Day Rate: $3,200 for an 8-hour rental
Dining Area & Outdoor Patio Rental
A warm and inviting space for formal or casual gatherings.
- Hourly Rate: $250 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- Full-Day Rate: $2,000 for an 8-hour rental
Additional Services & Fees
- Full-Service Bar: Custom pricing based on bar package selection
- Setup & Cleanup Assistance: Additional fees may apply
- Outside Catering: Requires approval and may have a cleaning fee
- Event Liability Insurance: May be required for some events

Premium Bar & Beverage Services
Let our professional bar team craft a seamless and sophisticated drink experience for your event.
- Full-Service Bar Package – Includes a professional bartender to serve your guests for 4 hours ($300). Additional hours can be arranged for $50 per hour per bartender. For larger events, multiple bartenders are available at $40–$60 per hour per bartender, ensuring smooth service.
- Signature Cocktail Creation – Collaborate with our team to design custom specialty cocktails that reflect your event’s theme and style.
- Custom Beverage Packages – Curate a selection of wine, spirits, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to fit your preferences.
Exclusive Building Rental
For a private, luxurious event experience, rent the entire building, including our 8 Louisville-themed suites. This option provides overnight accommodations and exclusive access to all venue spaces.
How to Book Your Event
We make the booking process simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps to secure your event space:
- Check Availability – Contact us to confirm available dates and pricing. (Weekday & weekend rates vary.)
- Submit Event Details – Share your event vision, guest count, and any special requests.
- Secure Your Date – A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Finalize Payment – The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.
- Sign the Lease Agreement – Once details are finalized, a lease agreement must be signed. Additional liability insurance may be required based on the event type.

Event Space Rental Terms
1. Booking & Payment
- Deposit: Pay 50% upfront (non-refundable) to book your date.
- Final Payment: Pay the rest 90 days before your event.
- Extra Charges: Any extra time or services must be paid within 48 hours after the event.
2. Security Deposit & Damages
- A $1,000 refundable deposit is required.
- If there are damages or extra cleaning, the cost will be taken from this deposit.
- If everything is fine, you’ll get your deposit back within 10 days.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 90+ days before: Full refund (minus deposit).
- 45-90 days before: 50% refund (minus deposit).
- Less than 45 days before: No refund, but you can reschedule within a year.
4. Venue Rules
- You can only use the areas you booked.
- Setup & cleanup times must be scheduled. Extra time may cost more.
- No outside alcohol—our staff must serve all drinks.
- Outside catering needs approval and may have a cleaning fee.
5. Guest Behavior & Liability
- You are responsible for your guests and following venue rules.
- Noise must follow city rules, and events must end on time.
- Some events may need liability insurance.
