The Louisville-themed suites are located at 751 Vine St., Louisville, KY, in the vibrant Paristown Pointe neighborhood. Our boutique accommodations feature eight spacious suites inspired by the city’s culture, history, and events.
How many suites are there, and which are adjoining?
There are eight uniquely themed suites, spread across two floors:
- 2nd Floor Suites:
- Kentucky Oaks Suite (adjoins with Entertainment Suite)

How do I book a suite?
Reservations can be made through our website or you can contact us directly for inquiries.
Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevator in the building. Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors is by stairs only. Please keep this in mind when booking if mobility is a concern.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 24-hour self-check-in is available.
- Check-out: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM.
Is late check-out available?
Yes! Late check-out is available for an additional $25 per hour, subject to availability. Please request in advance to confirm availability
