Full Event Space Rental
Enjoy exclusive use of our Event Space, Dining Area, Full-Service Kitchen, Full-Service Bar (additional rates apply—see below), and Outdoor Patio.
- Hourly Rate: $350 per hour—4-hour minimum (includes bartender, does not include alcohol or gratuity.)
- Full-Day Rate: $3,000—12 noon ’til 12 midnight (includes bartender, does not include alcohol or gratuity.)
Dining Area & Outdoor Patio Rental
A warm and inviting space for formal or casual gatherings.
- Hourly Rate: $150 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Full-Day Rate: $1,6500–12 noon ’till 12 midnight
Premium Bar & Beverage Services
Let our professional bar team craft a seamless and sophisticated drink experience for your event.
- Full-Service Bar Package – $300–professional bartender (4-hour minimum) | $75/hour for additional time. For larger events, additional bartenders are $75/hr.

What is required to reserve my event date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and the lease agreement is signed.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event date. Any additional charges incurred during your event must be paid within 48 hours following the event.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit covers any damages or additional cleaning needs and will be returned within 10 days following your event, provided no issues are noted.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 90+ days before the event: Full refund, excluding the deposit
- 45–90 days before the event: 50% refund, excluding the deposit
Less than 45 days before the event: No refund; however, events may be rescheduled within one year, based on availability
Can I bring in outside catering?
Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. A cleaning fee may apply depending on the caterer and event scope.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. All alcohol must be provided and served by The Louisville Experience’s professional bar staff. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Is event insurance required?
Some events may require event liability insurance, depending on the event type and size. Our team will advise you during the booking process if this applies to your event.
How much time do I have for setup and breakdown?
Setup and breakdown times must be scheduled in advance. Additional time outside your rental window may result in extra fees.
Are there noise or end-time restrictions?
Yes. Events must comply with local noise ordinances and conclude at the agreed-upon end time outlined in your lease agreement.
Am I responsible for my guests during the event?
Yes. The event host is responsible for the behavior of all guests and ensuring venue rules are followed throughout the event.
What areas of the venue can I access?
Access is limited to the spaces included in your selected rental package. Additional areas must be reserved in advance.
