Where are the suites located?

The Louisville-themed suites are located at 751 Vine St., Louisville, KY, in the vibrant Paristown Pointe neighborhood. Our boutique accommodations feature eight spacious suites inspired by the city’s culture, history, and events.

How many suites are there, and which are adjoining?

There are eight uniquely themed suites, spread across two floors:

2nd Floor Suites:
- Kentucky Oaks Suite (adjoins with Entertainment Suite)
- Entertainment Suite (adjoins with Kentucky Oaks Suite)
- Louisville Slugger Suite
- Thunder Over Louisville Suite
3rd Floor Suites:
- Kentucky Derby Suite (adjoins with Bourbon Suite)
- Bourbon Suite (adjoins with Kentucky Derby Suite)
- Muhammad Ali Suite
- Thomas Edison Suite

How do I book a suite?

Reservations can be made through our website or you can contact us directly for inquiries.

Is there an elevator?

No, there is no elevator in the building. Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors is by stairs only. Please keep this in mind when booking if mobility is a concern.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 24-hour self-check-in is available.
Check-out: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM.

Is late check-out available?

Yes! Late check-out is available for an additional $25 per hour, subject to availability. Please request in advance to confirm availability.

What if I arrive early?

If you arrive early, you are welcome to store your luggage in the lobby until your suite is ready.

How far is the airport from the building?

The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is just 15 minutes away by car.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in any of the suites.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: No refund is provided.

We recommend purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind in case of unexpected changes.

Security Deposit & Damage Policy

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable $300 security deposit is required with all suite bookings. The deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning fees.

What is the damage policy?

“You break it, you pay for repairs at our cost.”
We will not overcharge for damages, and repair costs will be based on actual expenses.
If damage occurs, guests will be notified, and the appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided.

How do I operate the mini-split heating & cooling system?

Each suite is equipped with a mini-split unit for personalized climate control.

Use the remote control provided in your suite.
Set your desired temperature and fan speed.
Please turn off the unit when leaving for extended periods to conserve energy.

How do I use the TV & remote?

The TV remote is located near the television.
Power on the TV and use the remote to navigate streaming services.
Guests must log in with their own accounts for apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

Are board games available?

Yes! Each suite includes a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

Parking & Transportation

Where can I park?

Street parking is available in front of the building and up and down the street. There is plenty of room for parking.
Free parking is allowed in the parking lot a block down the road across from Paristown Hall.

Please check for posted parking regulations to avoid violations.

Building & House Rules

Where do I dispose of trash?

Trash disposal is located on the side of the building. Please ensure all waste is properly bagged and disposed of before check-out.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, parties and large gatherings are not permitted in the suites. However, guests interested in hosting events can inquire about renting our 3,000 sq. ft. event space located on the first floor.

Housekeeping Services

Is housekeeping available during my stay?

Yes, housekeeping is available within reason, including:

Fresh towels upon request
Replacement sheets if needed
Restocking of bathroom amenities
